The mask heats up very nicely. I wish the cord it came with was a little bit longer. I like all the massaging options that are available.

Half my face is covered, the vibration is in the outline of the mask does not reach the eyelid, the heat if it reaches the eyelid since the mask has an Endura that makes it warm and thus reaches the eyelid. What I don't like is that it is wired, it connects to the current during its use.
Works properly, the center is hollow and does not make contact with the eyelids, I have to use it backwards to make contact. To use in dry eye.
The mask is good and massage feature is a plus but the mask doesnt actually touches the eyes but remains on the outside edge so you have to push it a bit to feel the heat in your eyes. Both heating and massager functions works flawlessly.
